Fifth Season Landscapes are looking for a Landscape Architect/Designer to operate as the Design Manager. This is a client facing role and a chance to be instrumental in the design direction for the company. You will work directly in a design and construction company and lead a team of Designers, working very closely with the two company Directors. You will need to be creative, enthusiastic and focused with attention to detail and great at time management.

Key responsibilities

- Lead a team of Designers
- Deliver outstanding design work while achieving financial and timeline expectations
- Run the design team
- Work directly with company Directors
- Manage design projects from conception through delivery

About you

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Design
- 8+ years experience
- Creativity, enthusiasm and focus with attention to detail




- Ability to work autonomously and in a team workplace
- Ability to manage a team
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Skills in sketch design and detail drafting
- Skills in Vectorworks (essential)
- Skills in Google SketchUp
- In-depth understanding of structural landscape elements and budgeting
- Strong plant knowledge
