nKey Responsibilities n

- As our Internal Sales Representative, you’ll be a key point of contact for customers—responding to enquiries, processing orders accurately and supporting the wider sales team to deliver a smooth, reliable customer experience.

- Build trusted customer relationships through clear, responsive communication.

- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
n

- Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints

- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
n

- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication

nWhat We're Looking For n

- Previous experience in the electrical wholesale industry , or a background in electrical trades or stores with a robust desire to transition into wholesale sales.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A positive, self-motivated, and results-oriented attitude

- Ability to work well within a team
