As aBIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers.
In this ongoing casual role, you'll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything fromreplenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, current product launchesand more.
About the Role
Territory: TUGGERAH and surrounds
Hours: Average of8-10 hoursper week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)
Availability:Wednesday to Fridayavailability is essential.
(Role can be done in school hours)
Essential: Driver license and car
Key Responsibilities
Driving strongrelationshipswith store personnel
Building and maintainingquality displaysin store
Negotiatingpromotionalspace
Executing planograms
Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
Safely performing thephysical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
Successful candidate will need
Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable




A current Australian driver's licence and vehicle
Solid & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
An ability to work autonomously
Ability to perform thephysical & repetitiverequirements of the role
