We are one of NSW’s leading specialists in Civil Works, Excavation, Haulage and Waste Removal, based in South West Sydney with projects across the Sydney Metropolitan.

? THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our team and work across major civil construction projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who is experienced, motivated and looking to build a long-term career within the civil industry.

The successful applicant will

- Have a strong understanding of civil and earthworks;
- Be confident working safely around moving plant and equipment;
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic;
- Be energetic, reliable and willing to learn;
- Work well within a team environment;
- Take pride in their work and strive to achieve quality outcomes; and
- Be keen to develop their skills and progress within the company.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 3 years’ experience operating a Grader;




- Current WHS Construction Induction Card (White Card);
- Current VOC or SOA (Preferred, but not essential);
- Experience in GPS & Final Trim;
- Demonstrated experience in earthworks;
- Commitment to working safely and complying with the company’s Safety Management System;
- Reliable and team-oriented; and
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
