Graduate AI Solutions Executive

Melbourne | Full-Time | Graduate / Entry Level

We are looking for an ambitious Graduate AI Solutions Executive to join a growing AI and automation business helping organisations identify, design and implement practical AI solutions.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, consulting, automation and pre-sales.

You will work with businesses to understand operational challenges, identify where AI and automation can create value, and help shape solutions ranging from simple workflow automation through to agentic AI systems and full end-to-end implementations.

You do not need to be a developer or AI engineer. We are looking for someone commercially minded, highly curious about technology and motivated to develop into an AI solutions and consulting professional.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work across the early stages of the AI implementation lifecycle, including:

Identifying and developing recent business opportunities

Speaking with business owners, executives and operational leaders

Understanding how businesses currently operate and where inefficiencies exist

Identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and workflows

Introducing AI, automation and agentic AI solutions

Running initial discovery conversations with prospective clients

Helping map business problems into potential technology solutions

Working alongside technical consultants to scope solutions

Supporting demonstrations, proposals and pre-sales activity

Building business cases for AI and automation projects

Managing opportunities from initial conversation through to implementation

Maintaining relationships with clients after projects commence





You may be discussing anything from automating a repetitive administrative process to implementing an AI agent capable of completing multi-step business tasks across several systems.

What we’re looking for

This role would suit a recent graduate or someone in the first few years of their career who wants to build expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of technology.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Commercially driven and comfortable speaking with clients

Naturally curious about how businesses operate





Genuinely interested in AI, automation and emerging technology

Confident starting conversations and developing new relationships

Able to understand business problems and think logically about solutions

Comfortable working with both commercial and technical people

Strong in written and verbal communication

Ambitious and willing to take ownership of their development

- Comfortable with outbound business development and prospecting A background in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or Technology would be useful, but we care more about capability, attitude and curiosity.
