We're looking for a Graduate Business Analyst to join an AI claims validation project that's tackling claims leakage head-on. The solution uses AI to identify claims that shouldn't be paid, including potentially fraudulent ones, and you'll be right at the centre of it.

The role

You'll be the bridge between a growing consultancy team and a national brand. That means translating technical and AI jargon into clear, practical language for Heads of, running co-design sessions, and making sure everyone stays aligned from requirements through to delivery.

What you'll do

- Act as the go-between for the consultancy and the client
- Gather, document and communicate business requirements




- Facilitate and contribute to co-design sessions
- Explain technical concepts in plain English to senior stakeholders
- Support the delivery team to keep the solution aligned with business needs

What you'll bring

- A graduate, summer intern or 1 - 2 years' experience in a BA or similar role
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- High EQ and the confidence to hold your own in a room of Heads of
- The ability to simplify complex information for non-technical audiences
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn fast

Highly regarded

- Insurance or consulting background
- AWS understanding
- Exposure to AI, data or claims processes

- Fully remote within NSW, with some travel to the client site in Newcastle
