Envision Energy Australia is looking for a motivated Graduate Engineer to join our Global Infrastructure team in Melbourne.

This is an exciting opportunity for an engineering graduate who wants hands-on exposure across the delivery of wind energy projects, from engineering and design coordination through to manufacturing, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.

Working with local and global teams, you will support the delivery of wind turbine generator projects and develop experience across engineering, project management, site activities, customer coordination and continuous improvement.

The Prospect

As a Graduate Engineer, you will work closely with Project Managers, engineering teams and other key stakeholders to support the successful execution of wind projects.

You will assist with technical documentation, project coordination, engineering deliverables, site activities and customer requirements while developing a strong understanding of how large-scale renewable energy projects are delivered.

The role provides a strong foundation for future career pathways across Project Engineering, Project Management, Engineering, Construction and Project Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Support technical review of wind turbine engineering documentation, drawings and specifications.
- Assist with coordination across civil, electrical, mechanical and turbine engineering disciplines.
- Track engineering deliverables and support resolution of technical and documentation issues.
- Support technical investigations, engineering changes and root cause analysis.
- Assist Project Managers with project planning, schedules, action registers, risks and reporting.
- Monitor project milestones, costs and performance metrics and support preparation of management reports.
- Support mobilisation, construction, commissioning and handover activities.
- Participate in site inspections,



quality audits and contractor coordination.
- Support customer meetings, project presentations and coordination between customers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process improvements, templates, digital tools and standard work instructions.

What You'll Bring

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in renewable energy, wind technology and project delivery.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in project management, commercial management and engineering delivery.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary and international teams.
- Curious, adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to travel and support site activities as required.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Mandarin communication skills in both written and spoken form will be highly regarded.
