About the role

Based out of our Perth office, this is a fast-paced development role designed to transition you into a commercial powerhouse. You will manage and sell our comprehensive suite of diesel generators, hybrid energy systems, and associated equipment across Western Australia. This role is perfect for a driven graduate who loves building relationships, working on large-scale infrastructure projects, and traveling across our vibrant state (including the Pilbara and Goldfields regions).

Key responsibilities

- Learn the Industry: Undergo comprehensive training on our technical product range, power systems engineering, and commercial sales processes.
- Build Relationships: Connect with project managers, procurement teams, and engineers in the mining, construction, and agricultural sectors.
- Support Client Solutions: Assist senior team members in designing power setups and generating commercial quotes for client projects.
- Manage the Territory: Drive current business opportunities across WA, including regular regional travel to visit client sites and remote operations.

About you

- A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Operations, or a related field.




- High energy, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to present ideas clearly.
- A sharp mind with a natural curiosity for how heavy equipment and mechanical/electrical systems work.
- A desire to travel regionally and experience Western Australia's resource and industrial hubs first hand.
- A current, clean Australian Driver's Licence is mandatory (C-Class).
