Our client is an Australian technology company that has been designing, developing and supporting enterprise software for more than 25 years. Their platforms help large organisations manage complex workflows, service providers, claims, legal matters, employee cases, data and reporting.

An opening now exists for a Graduate Support / Testing Consultant to work in a customer-facing and technical role, supporting, analysing and continuously improving the company's applications. The successful candidate will be involved in:

- Investigating and resolving application issues.
- Analysing business requirements.
- Operational and management reporting.
- Supporting releases and testing.
- Identifing workflow improvements.
- Acting as an important link between customers, Customer Support, Product and Development teams.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has recently completed a tertiary degree, and is keen to further develop their skills in support, testing, reporting and data analysis. It is a perfect opportunity for a candidate with outstanding communication skills, who enjoys solving problems, working directly with customers, understanding how systems and data work, and translating business needs into practical technical solutions.



To be considered for this opportunity, the ideal applicant will have experience or knowledge of the following:

- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
- Business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process analysis and functional documentation.
- Software testing, defect investigation and release activities.

In addition, any experience with enterprise reporting tools, dashboards, business intelligence reporting, APIs, ETL, Jira or similar, will hold you in good stead.
