Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for creating compelling visual assets that support brand awareness, product marketing, digital campaigns, events, and sales initiatives across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent visual communication skills, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into engaging creative content. Experience in video editing, web design, coding, and eDM development will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop creative assets for digital and print marketing materials, including:
- Product brochures and flyers
- Social media content
- Website graphics and banners
- Event and exhibition materials
- Presentation decks
- Point-of-sale and promotional materials

- Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and external vendors to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns through the creation of engaging visual content.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business priorities.
- Assist with image retouching, layout design, and preparation of production-ready artwork.
- Contribute creative ideas and recommendations to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.




- Maintain and organize digital asset libraries and design resources.

Essential Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate, agency, or technology-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign

- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of creative design projects.

Desirable Skills & Experience

- Video editing and motion graphics experience using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar platforms.
- Experience designing and maintaining websites, including UX/UI considerations.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end web development.
- Experience creating and coding eDMs (Electronic Direct Mail campaigns).
- Familiarity with marketing automation and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Photography, videography, or content creation experience.
- Experience working with consumer electronics, technology, networking, smart home, or surveillance products.
