Graphic Designer | Fashion Retail

Are you a graphic designer who thrives at the intersection of brand, digital and emerging creative tech? We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join a well-loved retail brand's in-house marketing team.

About the role

You'll play a pivotal role in bringing this brand to life across every customer touchpoint - reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll create compelling creative assets that inspire, engage and convert across digital, retail and social channels.

You'll help shape seasonal campaigns, elevate their digital presence, and ensure every piece of creative reflects the brand personality. This role blends traditional graphic design with emerging AI-powered creative tools, digital design, motion content and customer-first thinking.

What you'll do

- Shape campaign creative and build brand asset guides
- Design digital assets for web, banners and seasonal/product launches
- Use AI-powered creative tools to speed up concept generation and image creation
- Create engaging social content, including product GIFs and motion graphics
- Edit and format video/motion content for digital screens and in-store




- Partner with Visual Merchandising on in-store signage, POS and the retail lookbook
- Retouch campaign and product photography and prep artwork for digital and print
- Collaborate across Marketing, Digital, Product and VM to deliver integrated campaigns

What you'll bring

- 2–4 years' digital design experience (retail or fashion experience a plus)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Firefly) and Figma
- Understanding of responsive design, including translating print assets digitally
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Motion, editing or video skills are a strong bonus
