About the role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Groundsman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining outdoor areas, gardens, grounds, and facilities to ensure they remain safe, clean, and visually appealing.

Key responsibilities

- Mowing lawns and maintaining turf areas
- Pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges
- Weed control and garden maintenance
- Operating and maintaining groundskeeping equipment
- General landscaping duties
- Collecting litter and maintaining site cleanliness
- Minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Carpentry jobs
- General maintenance of rooms, painting, repairing of rooms
- Assisting with irrigation systems and watering schedules

About you

- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, gardening, or a similar role
- Ability to operate lawn mowers, whipper snippers,



hedge trimmers, and other gardening equipment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour

- Current driver's licence (required)
- Available to work 7 day rotating roster mostly midweek work, some weekends required.
