We are seeking a vibrant and experienced Group Reservations Officer to deliver the highest level of service, providing a seamless and memorable experience for our clients and guests.

What You’ll Do

As Group Reservations Officer, you will assist our Reservations Manager in overseeing the operations of the reservations department with a focus on Group Reservations.

The Group Reservations

Officer is responsible for handling reservations, enquiries and cancellations in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner,



and quoting available rates to maximise room revenue according to Langham Brand Standards. You will also be responsible to Coordinate the reservations, room blocks, rooming lists, contracts for large groups and assist Sales team with in office meetings on ad hoc basis.

What You’ll Bring To be successful in the role you will have been in the same or similar position and have proven experience in customer service, be a good communicator, and enjoy interacting with people. You must also have:

- Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality;
- Superior grooming and presentation;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- An unrivalled attention to detail, with a solutions focused mindset;
- Good working knowledge of hotel property management systems (Shiiji Daylight an advantage);
- Tertiary qualifications in Hotel/Hospitality/Business or similar advantageous;
