Our Guest Experience

Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. Whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing the highlights of the local area, the Guest Experience Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

Key responsibilities

- Create a welcoming and wonderful experience for guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage, directions around the area and hotel, reservations and general enquiries
- Assist team members with guests arriving and departing the hotel through the check in and departure process
- Support front office team in general operational tasks
- Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, know it inside and out to exceed guest expectations and fuel their curiosity

About you

- Current driver's license




- Experience with OPERA property management system or similar
- Relevant experience in a similar guest-facing role
- Current working rights in Australia
- Ability to be on your feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time)
- Ability to take a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance)
