? Hiring: Guidewire Senior Developer / Developer Lead (Jutro Digital) ?

I am currently partnering with a premier professional services firm to recruit a Guidewire Senior Developer / Developer Lead to join their growing technology practice.

Our client focuses on delivering end-to-end Guidewire suite implementations to General Insurance clients, blending technical skills and strategy to achieve spectacular results for top-tier organizations.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Developer / Developer Lead, you will provide guidance and leadership to a team of developers, helping clients harness technology to achieve key business objectives. You will make a real impact in a tech-enabled setting and work across both core Guidewire and digital platforms, including GW PolicyCenter and the Jutro Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead development teams, managing work allocation, technical designs, code reviews, and code merge activities.
- Identify, define, and lead continuous improvement activities to increase the quality and velocity of solutions and ways of working.
- Work closely with client business SMEs to understand requirements and translate them into viable solutions.
- Collaborate with and influence wider technology teams, including other developer leads, project managers, and Business Analyst Leads.




- Maintain and fix issues across all environments (dev, QA, UAT, and Prod) and take involvement in unit testing and documentation.
- Deal effectively with ambiguous problems, initiate candid coaching conversations, and navigate the complexities of diverse, cross-border teams.

What Our Client Is Looking For:

- Real-time knowledge and experience in enterprise system integration, preferably from a General Insurance domain background.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud, the Jutro Digital Platform, and React.js.
- Experience with React-based development of MFEs/Standalone apps.
- Experience across Guidewire and related toolsets (e.g., Cloud APIs, Digital SDK, APD, Guidewire Testing Framework, Guidewire Cloud Console, Git/Bitbucket).
- Experience integrating Guidewire with other platforms such as Document Management, Finance, or Digital.
- A strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and software development best practices.
- Proven technical and people leadership skills with the ability to move easily between big-picture thinking and managing relevant details.
