About the role

As Th!nk Fitness continues its exciting growth and expansion, we are seeking a passionate and driven Gym Manager to lead our team and play a key role in the next stage of our journey. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an energetic qualified who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams, delivering exceptional member experiences, and driving business success.

Reporting to the owner, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility while contributing to the growth of the business through strong commercial acumen, community engagement, member retention initiatives, and team development. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive and results-driven culture that supports both our members and employees as we continue to expand our footprint and services. - Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the gym, ensuring a welcoming, qualified and member-focused environment.




- Drive membership growth through proactive networking, local marketing initiatives, community engagement and business development activities.
- Build strong relationships with current and new members to maximise member satisfaction, retention and referrals.
- Identify and implement opportunities to increase membership sales, promote services and support the continued growth of the business.
- Create engaging social media content and local promotional campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and attract new members.
- Support and motivate team members, fostering a positive, collaborative and customer-focused culture.
- Monitor business performance, membership trends and key operational metrics, taking initiative to improve results.
- Resolve member enquiries and operational issues professionally, ensuring positive outcomes and exceptional service.
- Ensure the gym is maintained to a high standard, including cleanliness, presentation, equipment maintenance and safety.
- Manage gym systems, reporting and administrative processes efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety, company policies and industry requirements.
- Act as an ambassador within the local community, helping to build the brand and support our ongoing expansion.
