Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Working as part of a small team and liaising with a range of stakeholders to ensure the effective operations of the unit.
n




- Delivering frontline customer service including investigating complaints and providing information and advice to customers and stakeholders.
n
- Administering the School Transport Assistance Scheme (STAS) and various passenger transport products.
n
- Assisting with performance monitoring of service contracts and accreditations.
n
- Maintaining your knowledge and understanding of procedural and legislative guidelines.
n
