We’re seeking an experienced EBP Delivery Manager for our client to lead the successful delivery of enterprise solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform , including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse and Dynamics 365.

Location: Brisbane CBD | Contract: Until 30 June 2028 | Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Lead end-to-end delivery of work packages from initiation through go-live and support.
n
- Own delivery roadmaps, scope, timelines, dependencies, resources and budgets.
n
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies across multiple teams.
n
- Drive Agile delivery using Scrum/Kanban , including sprint and release planning.
n
- Ensure governance, compliance, QA and enterprise delivery standards are met.
n
- Partner with Project Managers, Architects, Release Managers and Services teams.
n
- Lead stakeholder engagement, status reporting, demos and delivery communications.
n
- Monitor delivery metrics including velocity, burn-downs and KPIs.
n
- Coordinate internal, offshore and external vendor teams.
n
- Support change management, training, business readiness and adoption.
n
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices and team collaboration.
n

Essential Requirements nn
- Demonstrated experience in ICT delivery or project management , preferably within a Microsoft technology environment.
n




- Proven experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform or equivalent enterprise platforms, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages and Dynamics 365.
n
- Strong experience managing scope, timelines, budgets and resources for medium-to-large work packages.
n
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies , including Scrum and/or Kanban.
n
- Experience using Jira and Confluence .
n
- Robust risk, issue and dependency management capabilities.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
n
- Experience working within enterprise governance and compliance frameworks .
n
- Strong facilitation, coordination and problem-solving skills.
