Arabanoo Before and After School Care – Balgowlah Heights NSW is seeking an Education Leader and Inclusion Support Coordinator to drive MTOP-based programming, inclusion support, and educational leadership across two centres. You will mentor Educators, liaise with schools, and balance floor presence with leadership duties.

The role is delivered as full time with flexibility to 30–38 hours per week, focusing on planning, documentation, and staff development while supporting children’s wellbeing.
