Job Description

Western Health is seeking a Grade 2 Social Worker to join the Specialised Rehabilitation Program (SRP) across Sunshine and Williamstown Hospitals on a part time basis (0.9FTE). The role offers involvement in a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality social work services in Melbourne's western suburbs.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor/Masters of Social Work with eligibility for AASW, at least 3 years’ experience, and strong communication skills to support patients and families
