Job Description
Crown Resorts is seeking a Service Manager in a rapid-paced, large-scale events workplace.
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of events and conferences, guiding service teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences while staying within budget.
Ideal candidates bring substantial experience managing large hospitality events, with a minimum of two years in a leadership role, excellent customer service, and solid stakeholder management.
