Job Description
Ppd Search is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support people living with complex medical needs, their carers and healthcare professionals.
The role involves managing outbound and inbound communications and providing accurate non-clinical information about medical devices.
The position includes coordinating a patient support and education program, with some picking and packing tasks in the office.
It is a full time role based in office, 5 days a week, 8:00AM–4:00PM, with free in office parking
