Job Description

Randstad is seeking a proactive and empathetic Complaints Officer for a 6-month contract in the insurance sector. You will review, investigate, and resolve complex financial service disputes with a focus on general insurance products.

You will gather information from complainants, apply ADR methods, draft preliminary assessments and determinations, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry codes.
