Installer - Onsite - Equipment / Access Hire Company

Resource Labour Hire is seeking an Installer – Temporary Works for an Equipment Hire & Temporary Works Company in Spotswood Depot but you'll be on the road. This position is contract or permanent with the potential of going permanent (Full time hours) - Immediate Start - PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION

Experienced Installer problem solver, hands on and skilled.

6:00am - 2:30pm with Potential over time at penalty rates.

Temp to Perm position after 13 weeks

About you

- Experienced and Skilled installer with a positive attitude
- Experience handling steel, working to a drawing and working within a small crew
- Strong problem-solving skills and loads of common sense, sites are never exactly as drawn
- Genuinely fit and solid, with the ability to handle sustained manual handling
- A proactive, self-directed attitude with a strong commitment to safety
- Reliable and punctual, the whole crew's day depends on it

Duties and Responsibilities

- The Role Reporting to the Install Supervisor, you'll be responsible for installing and removing temporary works on construction sites - propping, shoring, slide rail and associated gear.




- Installing and dismantling propping, shoring and slide rail systems to engineering drawings
- Heavy, repetitive material handling, steel props, walers, panels, pins and plates, using team lifts and mechanical aids
- To be considered, you must demonstrate the following,
- NO BEGINNERS - Trade or site experience in scaffolding, formwork, steel erection or carpentry
- White Card and a current driver's licence essential
- EWP, forklift, working at heights, basic rigging, basic dogging and confined space highly desirable
- Full Australian working rights - Sorry no International Students - this is a full time ongoing position
