We are a growing recruitment agency based in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, and we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultantto join our team. This role would suit someone with at least 3 years of recruitment experiencewho is confident managing the recruitment process independently and delivering successful placements across multiple vacancies.

About the Role

- Taking and understanding client briefs
- Talent mapping and proactive candidate sourcing
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Shortlisting and presenting suitable candidates to clients
- Coordinating interviews and managing feedback
- Offer negotiation and placement
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing multiple vacancies and recruitment processes simultaneously

About You

- Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience, ideally within an agency environment
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and successful placements independently




- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on candidate and client experience
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
