Job Description

Telstra Health is seeking a Team Leader for the Leaving Violence Program to guide frontline practitioners in delivering trauma-informed support to victim-survivors. You’ll report to the Service Operations Manager, oversee workforce planning, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Ideally you bring 4+ years in FDSV services, robust leadership, reflective supervision skills, and the ability to manage real-time operations within a government-funded environment.
