Job Description About the rolen
n

The Client is seeking an experienced End User Computing Engineer with solid hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Android mobile-device management and endpoint security.

n

The successful candidate will help design, configure and support a secure, modern endpoint-management platform. This role requires substantial experience administering enterprise Intune and Entra ID environments and resolving complex identity, device-management and endpoint-security issues.

Key responsibilitiesn
n

Design, configure and manage a fleet of Android mobile devices through Microsoft Intune.

n

Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, identity protection, authentication methods, group management, device identity, RBAC and application integrations.

n

Manage Intune device enrolment, application deployment, compliance policies, configuration profiles and endpoint-security controls.

n

Configure and maintain mobile application protection policies and security baselines.

n

Support Azure services underpinning Intune, Entra ID and secure endpoint connectivity.

n

Manage proxy services and managed endpoint internet-access solutions.

n

Troubleshoot complex issues involving Intune, Entra ID,



endpoint security and Android devices.

n

Support Windows and Linux operating environments where required.

n

Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, operational procedures and support materials.

n

Work collaboratively with Client personnel, multidisciplinary technical teams and business stakeholders.

n

Operate in accordance with Client security, governance and change-management requirements.

n

Minimum five years’ experience in a similar EUC, endpoint-management or modern-workplace engineering role.

n

Strong experience managing Android devices through enterprise MDM.

n

Demonstrated experience with:

n

Device enrolment and provisioning

n

Device compliance policies

n

Device configuration profiles

n

Security baselines

n

Endpoint security and policy management

n

Conditional Access

n

Identity protection

n

Device registration and identity

n

Group management

n

Role-based access control

n

Experience supporting Windows and Linux operating systems.

n

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.

n

High-level written and verbal communication skills.

n

Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.

n

Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry certifications.

n

Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government NV1 security clearance.
