Teachers Health Fund is seeking an Optical Team Leader to guide a 10–11 robust Optical Dispenser team in our Fortitude Valley practice. This 12‑month secondment offers hands-on leadership with a focus on member experience, operations, and growth of the Brisbane optical services.

You'll report to the Clinical Director - Optometry, manage daily practice operations, rosters, and stock, and support dispensing activities as needed.
