Role Snap Shot n

Taylors is looking for a Licensed Surveyor to join our growing Survey team.

n

You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of projects including greenfield and infill developments, complex building subdivisions, major residential and industrial estates, transport infrastructure and government projects.

n

The role is primarily office-based, with flexibility to work from home , combined with field work as required. You’ll also have administrative support for fee proposals, invoicing and subdivision documentation.

How You Will Contribute n

Deliver cadastral surveys across development and infrastructure projects

n

Prepare and manage complex land and building subdivisions

n

Undertake boundary, feature, level, control and setout surveys

n

Prepare subdivision and certification documentation

n

Provide advice to clients and project teams

n

Supervise computations and ensure surveying accuracy and compliance

n





Support and mentor developing surveyors and field staff

n

Manage project timeframes, budgets and commercial outcomes

n

Ensure work meets Victorian surveying legislation, standards and Taylors’ safety requirements

What we're looking for n

You’ll be a Licensed Surveyor registered in Victoria with:

n

Robust cadastral surveying and subdivision knowledge

n

Experience across greenfield, infill, building or infrastructure projects

n

Sound knowledge of Victorian surveying legislation and industry standards

n

Strong communication and client management skills

n

Good commercial awareness and project management capability

n

Experience with modern survey technologies including robotic total stations, GPS and laser scanning

n

A collaborative approach and willingness to support and mentor others
