Job Description

YMCA Victoria is seeking a Casual Customer Service Officer for RecWest Braybrook in Melbourne. You will greet members, respond to enquiries via email, phone or in-person, and perform essential administration to keep the centre operating smoothly.

You will promote programs, assist with memberships, conduct tours, and balance payments. The role requires flexibility to work on weekdays and weekends with a casual hourly rate of $33.05 + Superannuation + Y Perks.
