Job Description

TankPool is seeking a Despatch Administrator to join our team in Swan Hill, Victoria. In this full-time role, you will coordinate despatch of orders, manage documentation, schedule deliveries and liaise with carriers to ensure timely order fulfilment.

You will keep accurate inventory records, respond to customer inquiries, assist with incoming goods and warehouse organisation, and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment with versatile arrangements.
