At Curran, we flipped it. We don't pay you to join. We reward you for staying. And instead of a one off payment, we pay up to 20% commission every single week on top of your wage. Not once. Every week.

$45 to $55 per hour plus super

Up to 20% commission paid weekly on top of your wage. We'll walk you through exactly how it works when we meet.

$5,000 Stay Bonus paid after your first 12 months

A paid ride along day BEFORE you accept, so you can meet the crew and see how we run

Van fitted out properly with your gear organised the way it should be

Residential service work, not grinding on commercial sites

What we need

Licensed electrician [NSW licence / QSC if required]

Current driver's licence

Someone who can walk into a customer's home and leave them better off than when they arrived
