Own the campus experience across your area.

n

You're the person who makes sure every campus in your area runs the way it should, every day, not just on the days someone's watching. Overseeing operations across 6 Victoria campuses - including Bentleigh, Glen Waverley Railway & Kingsway, Springvale, Narre Warren, and one upcoming campus - you own the standard : consistent, safe, high-quality learning environments across every campus, delivered through the Campus Leaders you build and coach. You audit, fix, and lift what needs lifting, and you take on the tactical, multi-campus calls so your State Manager can stay focused on state-level strategy.

This is a role for someone who's genuinely energised by being on campus, not behind a desk watching dashboards. You'll coach Campus Leaders through the real stuff, manage classes and rosters against demand data, and be the first person a campus calls when something goes wrong. If you'd rather build a bench of leaders who can handle it themselves than fix everything yourself, this is your seat.

What You'll Do n

You run the daily operations, standards, and people across every campus in your area.

n

n
- Area coverage: Oversee operations across 6 Victoria campuses, including Bentleigh, Glen Waverley Railway & Kingsway, Springvale, Narre Warren, and one upcoming campus.
n
- The frontline experience: Lead daily operations across every campus in your area, keeping quality, safety, and Contour's standards consistent everywhere.
n
- Standards and audits: Audit campuses regularly using data, feedback, and visits, and close the gaps you find before they become problems.
n
- Classes, rosters and resources: Split, merge and create classes against demand data, keep every roster covered, and own printing and resource delivery so no student ever misses out.
n
- Your leadership bench: Coach and mentor Campus Leaders, run onboarding and development, and recruit, train, and launch every current campus in your area.
n
- Projects and escalations: Lead on-campus projects,



intensives, and events end to end, and be the first point of escalation for campus issues, so problems get solved at your level.
n
- Work health and safety: Champion WHS and child safety across every campus, identify and address risks early, and ensure every student and team member has a safe place to learn and work.
n
- Commercial performance and partnerships: Own the P&L; and margin performance for your area, partnering closely with central operations teams to turn company wide plans into consistent campus execution and make smart, data-led decisions that support sustainable growth.

What You'll Bring nn
- Experience running multi-campus operations, ideally in education, retail, or hospitality.
n
- A track record of coaching frontline managers, not just supervising them.
n
- Comfort using demand and performance data to make roster, class, and resourcing calls.
n
- A habit of standardising what works and cutting what doesn’t.
n
- A level head under pressure, especially when a roster breaks last minute.
n
- The confidence to hold people to a high standard, directly and respectfully.
n
- Working knowledge of WHS and compliance in a multi-campus environment.
n
- A genuine coach: you'd rather build your team's capability than fix things yourself.
n
- A full driver's licence and willingness to travel between campuses regularly.
n
- Energy for fast growth, and comfort figuring things out as new campuses open.
