Grange Group Recruitment is partnering with a well-established, locally owned fitness organisation in the Northern Territory. Our client is seeking two experienced, results-focused Gym Managers to lead their Darwin facilities.

This role offers a competitive base salary and a performance-based incentive structure that rewards club growth.

Eligibility

- Candidates new to the industry: Applicants without prior fitness industry experience are encouraged to apply if they have a demonstrated passion in fitness, sales, and leadership. Certificate III in Fitness training will be provided.
- Relocation: Relocation fee will be considered for a robust applicant moving to the Northern Territory.
- Visa sponsorship: Sponsorship may be reviewed after three months of employment. Applicants must hold a valid working visa with a minimum of six months remaining.





Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for the overall performance and operation of your club, including:

- Driving membership acquisition and retention, and overseeing daily operations
- Recruiting, training, and developing club staff and personal trainers
- Ensuring the facility and equipment meet high standards of presentation and WHS compliance
- Managing budgets, financial reporting, and administrative functions

Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated leadership capability with a strong focus on achieving targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with members and staff
- Experience in fitness, retail, sales, or customer service environments is highly regarded
- Sound commercial acumen; tertiary qualifications in health, business or commerce are desirable

Essential Requirements

- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or higher)
- Valid National Police Check and NT Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card)
- Australian work rights at the time of commencement
- Certificate III in Fitness is desirable, with support available to obtain it
