Snap Fitness Redcliffe is looking for an energetic, organised and sales-driven Gym Manager to lead our recently renovated 24/7 gym.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll grow the gym, support the team and create a club experience that keeps members coming back.

About the role
You’ll be responsible for the gyms day-to-day performance and operations, including:
- Driving membership sales, retention and overall gym growth.
- Following up enquiries and converting leads into recent members.
- Creating local marketing, social media and community outreach opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with members and delivering excellent customer service.
- Managing the gyms personal trainers, administration, presentation and daily standards.
About you
We’re looking for someone who leads from the front, enjoys working with people and is motivated by achieving results.
- Experience in fitness, sales, customer service or gym management
- A proven ability to work towards sales targets
- Strong communication, organisation and people skills
- Confidence with social media, local marketing and community engagement
- The initiative to work independently and take ownership of results
Essential requirements
- Minimum Certificate III in Fitness
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Full Australian working rights
Certificate IV in Fitness, personal training or gym-management experience will be highly regarded.
