About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and driven Club Manager to lead the day-to-day performance of our Anytime Fitness Padstow club.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on growing membership, delivering an exceptional member experience and developing a high-performing team. You’ll be responsible for building strong community relationships, driving sales performance and ensuring the club operates to the highest standards.

This is a full-time position requiring Monday to Friday availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive membership growth through effective sales strategies, local partnerships and community outreach
- Lead, coach and motivate a team to deliver outstanding member experiences
- Build solid relationships with members and support retention through exceptional service
- Maintain club presentation, cleanliness, safety and brand standards
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives to attract new members




- Monitor club performance and contribute to achieving financial and operational goals
- Create a positive, inclusive and high-energy club culture aligned with Anytime Fitness values

About You

We’re looking for a confident leader who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

You will bring

- Previous leadership or management experience, ideally within fitness, retail, hospitality or a customer-focused environment
- Strong sales ability and an understanding of customer service principles
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for health, fitness and helping others achieve their goals
- The ability to motivate a team and take ownership of club performance
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong community mindset
