Experienced Hair dresser for RIBBON HAIR SALON is a well-established company located in Melbourne. We specialize in Asian hair, permanent wave (most important), straighten, Balayage, Blondes and Precision cutting.

We are seeking an energetic and motivated experienced hair designer to join the dynamic team at our busy salon. You should have a genuine passion for hairdressing and be friendly and honest and enjoy dealing with people. You should be hard working with a positive, mature mind set with the goal of a long term career in the hairdressing industry.

Salary Range: $79500

The Roles Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

- Performing hair styling to customers with various hairdressing tools and techniques
- Providing recommendation and professional advised to the clients on hair care, about the beauty products and provides technical assistance to the individuals.
- Providing services such as conditioning, bleaching, permanent waving and straightening the hair.

The position requires The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within a similar role or work environment.

- Highly skilled in balayage, foilayage, colour corrector, foiling.




- Permanent wave (cold wave and digital perm) and straighten ( most important)
- Highly skilled in cutting and hair styling.
- Great customer service.
- Well presented.
- Positive communication, taking phone calls and maintaining appointment data base.
- Good punctuality and ability to work as team.
- Confident in Blonding and Balayages
- Extension application a plus but not necessary
- Able to work unsupervised
