We’re looking for Halal Slaughtermen to join our Slaughter Floor team in Casino. Reporting to the Slaughter Floor Foreman, you’ll work alongside a small, close-knit team to perform halal slaughtering for our beef and veal operations. If you’re reliable, safety-conscious and ready to contribute in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to hear from you.
What you’ll do
- Perform halal slaughter of livestock at our Casino processing facility.
- Accurately complete all required halal slaughter documentation.
What you’ll bring
- You are a practising Muslim.
- You can work effectively in a repetitive, fast-paced environment.
- Previous knife skills or slaughtering experience would be highly regarded.
- You are reliable, punctual and comfortable working as part of a small team.
- You are willing to obtain the relevant halal certifications required for the role.
- Once fully trained, you can work confidently without direct supervision.
