Head Chef – Breakfast & Lunch | Pambula NSW 2549
We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our breakfast and lunch service in Pambula.
You’ll manage daily preparation and service, maintain food quality and presentation, oversee stock and ordering, and lead the kitchen team through busy periods.
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience with breakfast and lunch menus
- Experience leading a busy kitchen team
- Valuable organisation, food safety knowledge and attention to detail
- Availability for early starts and weekends
Sponsorship may be available for a suitable candidate after 4–6 months, subject to eligibility and performance Pay: $66,571.53 – $105,987.20 per year
