Head Chef — The Windsor Hotel, South Perth The Windsor Hotel is one of Perth's most iconic pubs on the corner of Mill Point Road and Mends Street in South Perth — and we're looking for a Head Chef ready to lead from the front.

This is a hands-on leadership role with total oversight of our kitchen across both the pub and restaurant. You'll drive food quality and consistency, manage cost and labour to target, and build a motivated BOH team.

What you'll do:

- Lead service during peak periods and set the standard on the pass

- Own food cost, labour cost, and stocktake performance

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team

- Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards

- Partner closely with FOH leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience

What you'll bring:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume venue

- Solid financial acumen — food cost, labour cost, and stock control

- A genuine passion for consistent, high-quality pub food at scale

What's on offer:

- $100,000–$110,000 (excl. superannuation), negotiable for the right candidate

- Free on-site parking

- Meals provided on duty
