Apply to be a head cook in Melbournes west located in Derrimut.

This role is part time, main days needed are Thursday and Friday.

You will be responsible for all roles involved in the kitchen and ordering stock - preparation is key.

The succesful applicant will also be responsible and hands on for any catering ordered on the day or the week!

This role is an early morning start and an early afternoon finish 5am-1pm.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a cafe, takeaway, or fast-paced kitchen setting
- Ability to cook hot food quickly and consistently to order
- Robust understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and work well in a team
- Flexibility to work early mornings, as needed
- Punctual, reliable, and well-presented
