About the role

You will lead Aureus's profit coaching division: around 200 seven-figure business owners and the coaches who serve them. You own the results clients get, the commercial performance of the division, and the team delivering both. Success is measured in client profit, coach retention and divisional margin.

Key responsibilities

- Client results: Delivery across every coach and programme. Measure whether clients are better off and act fast when they are not.
- Commercial performance: Manage the division P&L.; Find margin leaks, lift revenue per client and hit the operating profit target without cutting corners on delivery.
- The team: Recruit, onboard, develop and keep a coaching bench as it grows to six and beyond. Maintain one standard for every coach, senior ones included.
- Systems: Turn recurring problems into SOPs, scorecards and quality reviews. Fix things once.
- First 30 days: Conduct one-to-one with every coach in week one and complete a full diagnostic of the division, covering margin, cost to serve, churn drivers and client risk.
- First 60 days: Get coach onboarding SOP live, run fortnightly delivery quality reviews,



and agree a costed 12-month plan to the profit target with leadership.
- First 90 days: Take full ownership of delivery and the division P&L;, including monthly reporting.

About you

- Think in numbers and know your margins before anyone asks.
- Build teams people stay in, with retention figures to prove it.
- Hold the line on standards, even with people more senior than you.
- Know where your authority ends and when to escalate.
- 3 to 5 years leading a team, delivery function or division in skilled services, accounting, advisory, coaching or education.
- Direct accountability for a P&L; or a revenue and cost line, with before and after numbers.
- Record of building and retaining a team through growth.
- Quantified client results.
- Full right to work in Australia.
