As Head of Growth, you will own the strategy, system, and team behind Australia’s fastest-growing pet insurance brand. Reporting to a co-founder, you’ll build a compounding growth engine using AI-native testing and creative-led strategies across paid, lifecycle, and partnerships to scale Fetch into a household name for pet parents nationwide.

What You Will Do

- Build and manage a compounding growth engine with weekly testing rhythms across creative, paid channels, and product funnels to maintain top-tier unit economics.

- Pioneer new acquisition routes through vets, breeders, and community partnerships while scaling a high-efficiency paid engine on Meta, TikTok, and Google.

- Implement an AI-native testing system using agents and automated workflows to optimize landing pages, offers, and lifecycle campaigns every week.

The ideal candidate





- 5 years of growth experience in venture-backed consumer businesses, having successfully scaled products to hundreds of thousands of users with full budget ownership.

- Deep expertise in performance marketing and unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback) combined with a sharp eye for copy, design, and creative that converts.

- Ambitious, AI-forward leader who thrives in high-growth environments and values the tiny details that make a consumer brand feel warm and trustworthy.
