4Twenty Consulting is partnering with a high-growth Australian technology company to appoint its first senior marketing leader.

The business has developed an innovative connected technology platform helping workplaces and commercial spaces reduce single-use plastic while improving the drinks experience.

Following a $10m growth raise and with 50 enterprise customers, including Google, Meta, Atlassian, Uber and Netflix, the company is entering its next stage of growth.

The opportunity

This is a genuine build-from-the-ground-up marketing role. You’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO to define the go-to-market strategy, build the marketing function and develop a globally recognised sustainable technology brand.

Initially, the role will be both strategic and hands-on, with the opportunity to build the team as the company scales.

What you’ll own

- Build the overall marketing strategy and function
- Develop B2B go-to-market and demand generation
- Define ICPs, positioning and customer journeys
- Generate qualified enterprise pipeline
- Build brand, content, digital and product marketing
- Lead PR, events, partnerships and campaigns




- Improve CRM, automation, analytics and reporting
- Support product launches and international expansion
- Own marketing budget and performance
- Build and lead the future marketing team

What we’re looking for

- Strong B2B marketing and demand generation experience
- Experience building or scaling a marketing function
- Startup or high-growth experience
- Comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution
- Robust commercial, creative and analytical judgement
- Experience working with founders and senior sales teams
- Entrepreneurial and comfortable operating in an evolving environment

Experience across technology, SaaS, workplace tech, hospitality, F&B;, wellness or sustainability is highly regarded.
