Our business has been providing heavy vehicle repair and service work [trucks and buses] throughout the Esperance region since 1986 and services many major heavy vehicle brands including Scania, Volvo, UD & Mack.

Operations

Heavy Duty Parts Interpreter

We are currently looking for a parts interpreter to join our team. The successful applicant will help deliver exceptional customer service (over phone and face-to-face) in the sale & supply of Truck parts and accessories, whilst also providing parts to our Workshop team.

Working beside Russell, our parts interpreter extraordinaire, the duties involved will include:

- Parts interpretation & ordering/sourcing parts from our suppliers.




- Managing/maintaining parts warehouse stock-levels.
- Supporting our admin, service and spare-parts departments, as required.

The ideal candidate for this role would:

- be available to work 5 days per week from 8 am – 5 pm,
- be customer-service focused,
- have excellent verbal & written communication skills, and well-developed organisational skills,
- show attention to detail, whilst having the ability to multi-task & establish priorities,
- have a current manual driver’s licence,
- have a forklift ticket (desired, but not essential),
- some experience with MYOB or inventory management would be desired, but is not essential,
- have the ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team environment.
