Job Description

UnitingCare Queensland in Ipswich is seeking a Supported Living Facilitator for a casual role in Disability Services. You will support individuals in their daily living, with a focus on choice and quality of life, including personal care as needed.

You will work with families and networks to implement and review plans, promoting autonomy while respecting privacy and dignity. Sleepover shifts and weekend work are required.
