About the Role n

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the face of the organisation, helping customers with their day-to-day service needs while delivering an outstanding experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional face-to-face customer service
n
- Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
n
- Assisting customers with general enquiries
n
- Building strong relationships with customers
n
- Promoting digital service options where appropriate
n
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
n
- Supporting daily branch operations and team objectives
n

About You n

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Previous customer service experience
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A positive and professional attitude
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- Confidence learning new technology and systems
n
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
n

n

Experience in retail, hospitality, contact centres, financial services, telecommunications or other customer-facing roles will be highly regarded.
