Austal in Henderson, WA, is seeking a Workshop Construction Manager to lead and coordinate workshop fabrication, assembly, coating, outfitting and pre-installation activities. You will drive construction strategies, production sequencing, and resource planning to meet program objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent, solid data analytics, and at least 5 years in manufacturing or heavy industry, with 3+ years supervising teams.
