About The Opportunityn

The primary purpose of this position is to manage two key airport locations - the T4 Virgin Domestic store and the T1 Qantas kiosk - ensuring the highest standards in customer service, sales, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Reporting directly to the Store Support Manager, some of your key responsibilities will include:

n

- Overseeing rostering, onboarding, and staff development
n
- Leading and motivating a team of 5–7 staff across both sites
n
- Managing stock levels,



merchandising, and store presentation
n
- Driving sales performance through promotions and exceptional service
n
- Ensuring compliance with airport safety, security, and operational protocols
n

About Youn

The successful candidate will have:

n

n
- Confidence in rostering, coaching, and developing teams
n
- 3+ years’ experience in retail or hospitality leadership roles
n
- Full Australian working rights and ability to obtain an ASIC card
n
- Strong understanding of POS systems, stock control, and cash handling
n
- Flexibility to work wide-ranging hours including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
