Working as part of a collaborative finance team, you will support the day-to-day accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate processing of transactions, timely collections, and exceptional customer service.

Your recent role

- End-to-end accounts receivable processing, including invoicing, receipting and payment allocation.
- Credit control, debt collection and debtor account management.
- Processing refunds, credit notes and account reconciliations.
- Responding to customer and stakeholder account enquiries.
- Preparing and issuing invoices, statements and payment notices.
- Cash handling,



banking and finance administration duties.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and stakeholder support.

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
